Organization Systems Are Key!

In this hybrid and Zoom world you are living in, the management of communication with teachers and professors can feel disjointed and completely overwhelming. Some teachers communicate and post assignments via email, others post on Canvas and some prefer Google Classroom. Amidst all the varying communication modes, the responsibility falls on you to keep track of it all in a way you have not done before. The “kinda” writing stuff down and “sometimes” writing due dates in a planner will fall short and undoubtedly add stress to an already unusual and uncertain start to the school year. Creating a system to keep track of assignments, important emails, and longer-term assignments are vital to starting the year off well. Whether it is a paper planner or a digital calendar, or something like Google Keep, creating a system that works for you and using it on a daily basis will be key to staying on top of a hybrid, remote, upside down, crazy-ass learning model!
