Senior year is full of change, and there are tons of resources to support students.

But what about you? How do you get the support YOU need?

Join our weekly Zoom sessions designed specifically for parents whose children are heading off to college. This is a safe, supportive space where you can connect with other parents experiencing a similar transition. Each week, we will:

  • Build Community: Share stories and experiences with fellow parents.

  • Share Resources: Exchange tips and ideas.

  • Process Emotions: Discuss the emotional journey of letting go and adapting to this new chapter in your family’s life.

  • Discover what is possible for YOU: Transitions can be hard—and full of potential! Explore how this can be a chance for you to grow.

Whether you're feeling excited, anxious—or a mix of both—these sessions are here to support you. Let's navigate this transition together!
